Ew, look at that
Father, grab the bat
She raped me with her eyes
She speaks of love, lies
Perversity and sin
Our side is larger, we will win
Satan knocks at our door
Their love is slime upon our floor
We can't touch them, it is wrong
Stoners, sex-dolls, the list is long
Kill her now, don't you see?
There is no heaven for her or me
Burn them in the church they taint
Their lies, our fear, the life it ain't
We'll fear him till he's dead
He has a boy in his bed!
Sinners, one and all!
Kill them, kill them all!
Your slumber parties safe again
Your sports teams are without sin
They chose this fate, not I
Teach the dykes and fags to die.

I take two Advil PMs for my headache. I could take them all and end this, but I take two. The sneers and dirty looks of today flash into my mind and I have to force myself to set the pill bottle down. What were my parents thinking? Sending me to a catholic school was the biggest mistake they couldve made. There isnt a Gay Straight Alliance here because its against the rules to be homosexual. No, they dont have a rule in the student handbook that says Being Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgender will resort in expulsion but they might as well. The teachers dont call on me when I raise my hand.

Homophobia
This one goes out to
that boy on the street,
whose father wouldn't look
at him when he caught him
kissing another boy.
This one goes out to
that girl on the ground,
because her mother
couldn't handle that she'd
given birth to a lesbian.
This one goes out to
all those hurt by words,
like 'dyke,' 'faggot,'
or 'queer.'
This one goes out to
all those who thought
they could tell anything
to someone.
(only to find,
they could only tell
some things.)
This one goes out to
the boy lying six feet
underground, because
the world didn't like
who he "chose" to love.
This one goes out to
the girl who sobbed
in the shower, when

Homophobia

Anti-Homophobia
Homophobia is the irrational fear of, aversion to, or discrimination against homosexuality or homosexuals. A survey of over 1,000 people in Europe and North America, 42 percent of Americans say that homosexuality is wrong, compared with just 21 percent of those in the United Kingdom, 16 percent in Italy, 13 percent in France and 9 percent in Holland (Fetto). Homosexuality is not an immoral sin, unnatural way of life, nor a means for pedophilia or targeting children for recruitment, but this was and still is very widely believed. Homosexuality deserves respect, not fear.

I just feel the urge to scream out against homophobia again.
My wives, the writers, were not at school today, so there was no preview or editing. Blame strep-throat or whatever.
I got some inspiration on this from the boy who was killed (it's in my journal, and I'll copy and paste it every time I add a new one.) and also from some discussions I hear in classes. Once, in Spanish, a girl was talking about her sitting beside another girl, who admitted she was lesbian, and then the other girl moved to another desk, saying she didn't like being stared at.
I said nothing, and I'm still agonizing over that terrible decision to remain silent.
The poem, for the most part, most unfortunately, is aimed at lesbians or female LGBT people. But in the history of their existance, male LGBT members have had the worst of it.
I dedicate this to any gay, transexual, bisexual, or asexual that has been discriminated, persecuted, or even blamed themselves for their orientation.
And, as we all know, homophobia is Satan's personally. And since he has a lot of lawyers Down There, I ain't risking it.

Can I just say the homophobia is completely irrational? I can kinda understand it but it’s still ridiculous!
